সমচ্ছেদ রেখাচিত্র/সমচ্ছেদ চাৰ্ট (Break-even Chart)
ব্যয় পরিমাণ মুনাফার বিশ্লেষণ ও প্রদর্শনের জন্য যে রেখাচিত্র ব্যবহার করা হয়, তাকে সমচ্ছেদ রেখাচিত্র বলে। Harmanson, Edwards & Salmansone, “Break-even chart is a graphic presentation of the relationship between cost volume and profits which also shown he break-even point.” বিভিন্ন কার্যমাত্রায় বিক্রয়, পরিবর্তনশীল ব্যায়, স্থায়ী ব্যয় ও মুনাফার পরিমাণ কিরূপ হবে, সমছেদ রেখাচিত্র তা অত্যন্ত সুন্দরভাবে প্রদর্শন করে। ব্যয় পরিমাণ মুনাফা বিশ্লেষণ কোন চলকের পরিবর্তন অন্যান্য চলকগুলোর উপর বিরূপ প্রভাব বিস্তার করে তাও এ রেখাচিত্র সুন্দরভাবে পরিমাপ ও প্রদর্শন করে। এ চিত্রের মাধ্যমে সমচ্ছেদ বিন্দুটিকে সুস্পষ্টভাবে প্রদর্শন করা যায় বলে একে সমচ্ছেদ রেখাচিত্র বলা হয়।
